H2O / Helberg Watch is celebrating their 5th Anniversary in business with the release of a brand new bronze diver, the CH8 5th Anniversary Edition.

H2O Watch is a German company founded in 2011 with the goal of offering ultimate customizability. All of their models offer several different dial and bezel materials and colors to choose from. If you haven’t been to their website before, be careful. You might just come away with a gorgeous custom watch you weren’t planning on buying.

Helberg CH8 Bronze 5th Anniversary Edition

The CH8 Bronze is, of course, cased in bronze which will develop a lovely unique patina over the years. The bezel is also manufactured out of polished bronze, with a black sapphire inlay. The bezel markers and numbers are lumed with SWISS Super-LumiNova BGW9.

The dark black dial of the CH8 has highly polished chrome markings, also inlayed with Super-LumiNova, and without any date window in order to keep symmetry. The handset is also chromed, with the whole thing laying under a 4mm high domed sapphire crystal.

The screw down crown is engraved with Helbergs signature H, and helps ensure the CH8’s impressive 1000m of water resistance.

The CNC machined buckle is also constructed out of bronze, with impressive detail.

Helberg CH8 Bronze 5th Anniversary Edition caseback with engraved manta ray

This is my favorite part of the watch – the beautiful engraved manta ray on the screw down stainless steel case back.

The Helberg CH8 Bronze 5th Anniversary Edition is available to be ordered now for the very reasonable price of $770, and will be shipping starting on March 28th. They’re adding in a brown HORWEEN leather strap for any orders placed during the month of March.
