H2O / Helberg

H2O and Helberg are two brands from the H2O Watch Company, based out of Germany. H2O Watch specializes in extremely customizable, high tech mechanical dive watches. Each watch is tailor-made to your exact specifications, making every watch unique.

In addition to their watches being fully customizable with interchangeable bezels, crown guards and case backs, they also use a lot of exotic materials in their watches such as Mokume Gane, Damascus Steel, and titanium.

Helson Watch

HELSON is a very small watch company founded by enthusiastic divers and sport fanatics from Europe and Asia. The company itself is based out of Hong Kong and uses high quality movements and parts from Miyota, Superluminova and ETA

They’ve got a surprisingly large variety in their designs for such a small company, be sure to check them all out at http://www.helsonwatch.com/

Benarus

Benarus Watches produces extremely high quality, professional dive watches in very limited runs of around 100 watches per design. All of their watches use ETA and Miyota mechanical automatic movements, sapphire crystals, and are water resistant to between 500 meters and 2500 meters. Designed with a minimalist philosophy, their watches are easy to read and extremely functional.

They design watches slowly, allowing their customers to see and participate in every step of the design process – from the first design sketches, sample watches, to the finished product. Take a look at the Benarus Megalodon, which is currently in the pre-order phase, for an idea of Benarus’ unique process.

Zixen

Zixen Watch Company was founded with a desire to recreate the beauty, hand crafted precision, and nostalgic feel of 1960’s and 70’s vintage watches. All of their designs follow the ‘form follows function’ principle, keeping their watches simple and clean.

Zixen’s dive watches come in limited production runs of attractive, high quality, and reasonable priced timepieces.

Armida

Armida Watches is a small shop based out of Hong Kong. Their diver’s watches are designed to be tough, reliable, easy to read tool watches.

They’ve got a pretty good selection of watches in bronze casings, such as the A1 (also available in stainless), which I just love. Highly domed sapphire crystals and reliable Miyota movements make Armida watches something to be coveted.
